Q. When will my order get shipped?
A. Orders will be shipped out next day if items are in stock except for weekends and holidays.

Q. Do I have to sign for my delivery? Or could I make a special delivery request?
A. When your order is delivered, the person receiving will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. For this reason, K&W Liquors will not ship to PO Box addresses, or ship with instructions to “leave on porch” or any instructions which will not allow a signature to be obtained. If an order is returned for failure to provide proper proof of age, the Buyer is responsible for payment of all return shipping charges.

Q. Sales Tax; Do I pay taxes on my order?
A. All orders picked up at the store or delivered within the state of New York are subject to applicable New York sales tax. For all deliveries outside the state of New York, the Customer is solely responsible for all taxes or fees levied by any taxing authority in the State of delivery.

We do not ship to APO/FPO, PO boxes or internationally.

All shipping times are working days, Monday thru Friday. Most orders will be shipped as soon as they are verified, however, some orders will have delays do to availability. When ordering, please make sure that your billing address corresponds with the billing address your issuing credit card bank has on file for you. Orders will not be shipped until address and age verification can be obtained. Occasionally, some items are out of stock and will cause a few days delay, some items do not show backorder status on the web so we suggest that you call the store for availability before you submit your order.
